RESULTS from coaches
Freshman Football
The Saxons Freshman Football played their absolute hearts out tonight. They left it all on the field and then some.
The Saxons faced the very talented South Christian last night.
The entire game was played in the trenches, the Saxons had to fight for every inch on offense.
The Saxons defense had a ginormous stop at the goal line which caused a fumble recovery.
With 3:14 remaining the Saxons marched 99 yards to score, tying the ball game at 22 each with 15 seconds left.
Unfortunately the Saxons would be overcome by a hook and ladder play which ended in a South Christian TD to end the game.
Freshman look to take on Marshall at home on Thursday.
